In my opinion, new technology has positively transformed the workplace. From communication tools to data analysis, technology has revolutionised the way we work.

I’ve seen a big shift in culture and attitudes towards people working remotely. As more people start using video conferencing tools like Zoom or Teams, I’m able to instantly collaborate with colleagues worldwide, something unimaginable a few decades ago.
Another positive change for me in my role as accounts manager, is the recently introduced AI software that streamlines the collection and analysis of customer data. This has greatly improved accuracy, while saving huge amounts of time.

However, some colleagues are concerned about the introduction of AI software. They believe this could lead to reduced hours or job losses in the future.
